Experience the Power of Decision Science Optimization
Your operations leaders make decisions every day that impact your bottom line. But how do you know if they are making the right ones?
Our tool analyzes all the available data points from your operation including inbound and outbound truck schedules, order volume, available headcount, etc.
Our AI algorithm calculates all possible outcomes and tells your team the most effective way to accomplish the day’s operations through an interactive dashboard.
Warehouse
Decision science interfaces with your IT/OT systems to constantly optimize people, equipment, and decisions.
eCommerce/Retail
Increase order throughput and service levels in an omnichannel distribution center with decision science.
Manufacturing
Balance multiple SKUs and changeovers, incoming raw materials, and outgoing distribution with decision science.
Virtual Commissioning: A Digital Twin Example
We recently worked with an automotive manufacturer to virtually commission several new automated production lines. This manufacturer estimates a loss of $10,000 per minute when they have to halt their production for new equipment installation. Across several different virtual commissioning projects, our testing of the PLC code identified over 150 issues per project that were resolved before physical startup. This saved our client approximately two days of production downtime per project.
