UPS Eindhoven: The largest Digital Twin of its kind

We partnered with UPS to help them map out their daily operations at one of their largest shipping hubs. This facility supports UPS Ground and Air for most of Central Europe with over 500,000 packages per day. This system includes over six miles of conveyor, 200+ trailer doors, 100+ package cars, and 250+ manual processes.

Digital Twin

This Digital Twin allows UPS to test and improve Hub designs and operations prior to executing in real sites. This enables UPS and its stakeholders to learn how new equipment, orchestration techniques, and package mixes will perform.
